※FAST TRACK：You can pre-register Questionnaire, Written Pledge, COVID-19 Inspection certificate and Vaccine Certificate to shorten immigration time at Japanese airports. Please download "MySOS" app to register required documents.
For people cannot use "FAST TRACK" system

Please pre-register questionnaire via web to issue the QR code, and saved as a screenshot or printed out to present at quarantine.
