抄録
2016年の 5 月 1 日と 2 日，北九州市において，伊勢志摩サミットに併催されたエネルギー大臣会合 が開催された．本市では大臣会合危機管理実行に際し，①計画策定，②統一概念の構築と普及，③役 割分担と連携，の 3 つを主眼において対応を図った．危機管理が成功した背景には，約10年に及ぶ危 機管理の継続的な体制構築と官民一体となった取り組みがあった．

Abstract
The Energy Ministerial Meeting on the sidelines of the Ise-Shima Summit was held in Kitakyushu city on May 1 and 2, 2016. On the occasion of this meeting, we performed crisis control, prioritizing 1) Plan development, 2) Concept construction and spread, and 3) Role allotment and cooperation. The crisis control system in Kitakyushu City has been continuously developed for approximately ten years, and the public-private united action in the background led to successful crisis control.
