After Action Review Database

After Action Review Database of Health Crisis Events is the database established by the academic committee of the Local Public Health Laboratory Network in 1997.  The database has been published on NIPH’s H-CRISIS since 2015.

The database incorporates after action reviews submitted by local public health laboratories to facilitate sharing lesson learned and to improve future responses to health crisis events by local public health authorities. Local public health laboratories submit the after action reviews of cases which they think should be reported. Not only the reviews of large-scale events, but also those with potential risks identified and cases with important lessons regardless of extent of damages may be incorporated. For those events of special importance, submission of detailed reviews is encouraged.
